Here at the Mountaineer we got our hands on one of the highly anticipated Petzl Nao headlamps with reactive lighting technology.  This “smart” headlamp has a sensor which measures reflected light, and instantly adjusts the brightness and shape of the beam to the user’s needs – which saves battery life and your eyes, too!  Our staff will be testing it out over the next few weeks and we will share their experiences.
