Adirondack Fly Fishing Camp at Elk Lake Lodge Wilderness Resort – June 20-22, 2014

The Mountaineer invites you to attend The Adirondack Fly Fishing Camp at Elk Lake Lodge Wilderness Resort this June 20th through 22nd. Enjoy a weekend of fly casting and fly fishing instruction on location at the Elk Lake Lodge, bordering the Dix Mountain Wilderness, with experienced local guides. You will also have the opportunity to explore the spectacular trails of this 12,000 acre private reserve. Comfortable lodging (private rooms in the Main Lodge) and all meals (including lunch) are included, and participants will have access to Patagonia demo equipment and ECHO fly rods throughout the weekend. The Adirondack Fly Fishing Camp is limited to twelve (12) participants to preserve a low participant-guide ratio. Deadline to register is April 15, 2014. Cost per participant for this all-inclusive weekend is $595.

FlyFishingCamp

 Friday, June 20th:

  • Arrive 4:00 p.m. Receive room assignments, explore Elk Lake Lodge grounds
  • 5:00 p.m. Meet your fellow participants and guides at cocktail hour
  • 6:30 p.m. Enjoy dinner and the beautiful view of Elk Lake from the dining room
  • After dinner – Check out Patagonia and ECHO demo gear and choose your gear for tomorrow

Saturday, June 21st:

  • 7:00-8:00 a.m. Full breakfast in the dining room
  • 9:00 a.m. Casting Clinic and Refresher
  • 12:00-2:00 p.m. Lunch break
  • 2:00 p.m. -? Guided fishing
  • 7:30 p.m. Dinner
  • After dinner – Enjoy a Patagonia Fly Fishing movie presentation

Sunday, June 22nd:

  • 7:00-8:00 a.m. Full breakfast in the dining room
  • 9:00-12:00 p.m. Guided fishing
  • 12:00-1:00 p.m. Lunch break
  • 1:00-4:00 p.m. (or later) Guided fishing

Please note that alcohol is available for purchase, but is not included in the price.
