The West Branch of the Ausable is at around 300cfs. This is still an above-average water level for this time of year and it is running clear and at a good temp…mid-day temps approaching 60+degrees. Still good conditions for July really…though, with warmer air temps on the rise, please be cautious of spiking water temps and please fight and release fish quickly.
BWO Parachutes 14-18, Weighted Muddlers size 8-10 and Yellow Stonefly Nymphs. Adams Parachutes 14-16. BH HE Nymphs and PT Nymphs are productive as well as terrestrials in Hoppers and Ants.
